All month you can enter the prize basket draw by getting a card for the first time, renewing your library card, or by visiting the Delia Library. Design-A-Bookmark Contest-Get creative and pick up your bookmark template and design a bookmark. Three age categories: Preschool, 6-9 year olds, 10 and up. Bookmarks must be submitted at the library by Oct. 31 and prizes will be awarded by Nov. 3.
